POP Blind Rivet Manual & Pneumatic Power Tools from Emhart Technologies enable customers to develop blind riveting systems to 
meet their specific requirements, from low frequency maintenance usage right through to mechanised or automated mass production 
lines. The availability of a range of interchangeable setting tools and accessories means that the blind riveting system can grow 
cost-effectively as demand increases, from the prototype stage, through to pre-production, and into full-scale manufacture. 

The POP range of manually operated rivet tools are ideal for a wide range of applications including maintenance & repair, roofing & 
flashing, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, & sheet metal construction. 

Emhart Technologies POP Blind Rivet Pneumatic Power Tools are available in two versions : the MCS version which is fitted with a 
vacuum mandrel collection system, and the PRG/PRT/TT version which is fitted with a mandrel deflector. Where limited access or 
awkward applications make it impossible to use POP Blind Rivet Pneumatic Power Tools in their standard configurations, a series of 
specialised setting heads and front end kits is available. 

The ProSet 1600 Riveting Tool is the smallest and lightest of the POP Blind Rivet Tool family. In 
addition to its compact design, the comfortable and small rounded grip of the ProSet 1600 Riveting 
Tool reduces user fatigue and facilitates blind rivet installation in applications with tight spaces or 
limited access. 

The ProSet 1600 Riveting Tool is compatible with the POP Rivet Presenter. An optional Mandrel 
Collection System (MCS) version is also available.

The PRG/MC5 510A is a simple, effective pneumatic blind rivet tool designed for continuous 
high-production riveting. It is small, lightweight and has a solid cast aluminum construction. 

The 510A Rivet Tool is available with the deflector (PRG version) or with the Mandrel Collection 
System (MCS version). The PRG/MCS 511A offers an extended nose housing (1-7/8" larger than 
the PRG 510A) for extra reach and improved access.

Offering a number of options to meet customer requirements, the series of POP 5400 riveters are all 
capable of setting the entire range of POP blind rivets up to and including 6.4mm diameter.
Building on the design and ergonomic advances embodied in the POP MCS 5200 range, the 
PRT 5400 & MC5 5400 features light trigger action, ease of handling, and an air line attached at the 
tool centerline for less resistance to operator movement.

The Long Stroke version, PRT 5400 LS & MCS 5400 LS, provides a stroke of 26mm for setting longer 
and more specialised blind rivets.

The heavy-duty, pneumatic hydraulic PRG 540 Rivet Tool is extremely strong, robust and reliable 
due to its solid cast construction. As such, it is unbeatable for efficient riveting on mass-production 
lines. 

Setting all POP blind rivets up to and including 6.4mm diameter, the 540 Rivet Tool is available 
with either a standard mandrel deflector or with a Mandrel Collection System (MCS version).

The newest innovation in blind riveting is the POP ProSet family of blind rivet tools. The ProSet 
provides leading industry enhancements, such as its patent-pending Auto Shut-Off Mandrel 
Collection System (MCS) designed to conserve air consumption when the riveting tool is not in use.

Incorporating the latest in ergonomic design, the front end of the ProSet Riveting Tool requires 
no tools for removal during routine maintenance. The ProSet 2101 offers a reduced nose housing 
diameter (0.689”) for narrow access applications. The POP ProSet Blind Rivet Tool is capable of 
setting rivets from 1/8”-3/16”. 

The PRT 5250A In-Line Riveter offers a range of features contributing to new standards in operator 
comfort and ease of movement. The design approach for the PRT 5250A In-line Riveter was to 
create a rivet setting tool that accommodates the natural movements associated with vertical 
riveting operations at assembly benches or work stations, while reducing vibration and recoil when 
blind rivets are set.

The PRT 5251A Rivet Tool offers a reduced nose housing diameter for limited access applications 
during riveting. The MCS model is equipped with a large capacity remote mandrel collection container. 

Ideal for site and maintenance work, the cordless 12 Volt POP MCS 5800 Rivet Tool expands options 
on the production line allowing blind rivets to be installed at assembly stations where compressed air 
is unavailable, even alongside a moving track. 
Designed and constructed to withstand industrial conditions, the MCS 5800 Rivet Tool is easy to use, 
well balanced and comfortable. The high-capacity, rechargeable battery pack has the endurance to 
set up to 1900 blind rivets and can be recharged in just an hour.

The MCS5800 Rivet Tool sets blind rivets up to 3/16" (4.8/5.0mm) and is supplied with four 
interchangeable nosepieces and integral wrench as standard.

The POP Rivet Presenter provides the ability to automatically load blind rivets into a hand-held POP 
blind rivet tool equipped with a Mandrel Collection System (MCS). This system feeds up to 30 rivets 
per minute without an operator handling the blind rivets, The POP Rivet Presenter is equipped for 
1/8”, 5/16” & 3/16” blind rivets.

The POP Remote Rivet Presenter is designed for use in either semi-automatic or fully robotic 
riveting applications. Equipped with an umbilical, The Remote Rivet Presenter creates the flexibility 
to feed blind rivets, up to 1⁄4”, from 30 feet away. The Remote Rivet Presenter can be used with all 
POP Blind Rivet Pneumatic Power Tools.

The Point & Set is a portable, self-contained, high speed riveting system designed to dramatically 
improve productivity in most high-volume blind riveting applications. The blind rivets are 
automatically delivered and loaded into the tool on demand; the operator need never touch the 
blind rivets. 

Multiple configurations of the Point & Set Riveting System are available with either Pistol Grip or 
In-line and Umbilical packages from 6-12 feet. The Point & Set Riveting System is capable of 
feeding/setting 1/8" - 3/16" standard off-the-shelf POP pull stem blind rivets.

The POP AutoSet is a state-of-the-art portable hand held riveting system that uses blind rivets 
preloaded on tape  with an auto-feed riveting system. A two second cycle time and less than ten 
second re-load means increased productivity and decreased in-place installation cost. 

The AutoSet Riveting System has a highly engineered one-touch cycle mechanism that allows one 
hand free to hold work pieces in place. A built-in vacuum Mandrel Collector System (MCS) maintains 
blind rivets in the tool in any attitude as well as contributes to work place safety and cleanliness. With 
the innovative, adjustable vacuum system, the AutoSet Riveting System can be adjusted to meet your 
specific needs dependent upon the size of the rivet used in order to minimise air consumption. 

Targeted for mid to high volume applications, the fully portable and ergonomically balanced AutoSet 
Riveting System can be suspended either horizontally or vertically. The AutoSet is capable of setting 
1/8" to 3/16" blind rivets.

The POP SmartSet is a rivet monitoring device specially designed to ensure that blind rivets have 
been properly set in the application. SmartSet confirms that the correct blind rivet is being used, 
that each hole has a fastener installed, and also monitors the correct rivet setting sequence.
The built-in sensor provides read-outs during the setting cycle and records all of the variables. 
Once the POP SmartSet has learned the settings, you receive either a GO or NO GO result. The 
instant feedback does not rely on operator skill. SmartSet is real time technology that will store, 
download and track historical information. 

The SmartSet system can be used with the full range of POP Blind Rivet Pneumatic Power Tools. 

The ProSet 2500 Pneumatic Riveting Tool sets new standards for pneumatic rivet tools. Designed 
specifically to set a wide range of blind rivets, including 2mm Micro Rivets, 3/32" (2.4mm), 1/8" 
(3.2mm), 5/32" (4.0mm) and 3/16" (4.8mm) diameter blind rivets in all materials including high 
strength & stainless steel, the ProSet 2500 delivers 2,110 lbs. (9.4 kN) of pulling force with a 
"highest in class" force-to-weight ratio of 730 lbf/lb (7.18 kN/kg). 

The ProSet 2500 Pneumatic Riveting Tool is compatible with the POP Rivet Presenter & POP 
SmartSet Rivet Monitor. An optional Mandrel Collection System (MCS) version is also available.
